Documents for the Standard Products Procurement
On September 28, 2011, the IPA submitted its Procurement Plan (“Plan”) to the Illinois Commerce Commission in compliance with Public Act 095-0481 (the “Act”), which includes the Illinois Power Agency Act (“IPA Act”). The Illinois Commerce Commission (“ICC”) approved the Plan with modifications on December 21, 2011. The Plan provides for the procurement of energy supply, using on-peak, off-peak, and/or around-the-clock blocks of monthly, multi-month, and/or annual durations for the period June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2015. The quantity of each product reflects the forecasted average load and accounts for existing contracts for supply. These existing contracts include those from prior Spring procurements, from the Rate Stability Winter procurement, as well as the financial swap contract extending to May 31, 2013 entered into with Exelon Generation Company.

All documents regarding 2012 Renewable Energy Products Procurement will be posted as they become available on the Renewables Documents page.

All documents regarding the procurement of blocks and RECs under the 2012 Rate Stability Winter Procurements are found on the Rate Stability Winter Procurements page.
