FAQ-2On page 8 of the renewable energy resource presentation dated November 8 (found here), ComEd states that “The amount paid by eligible retail customers for electric service during the June 2006 to May 2007 planning year is $3,737,000,000”. Is that $3.7 billion associated with customers that were bundled customers during that period or does it include unbundled customers as well?

The $3.7 billion paid by eligible retail customers from June 2006 to May 2007 refers to the amount paid by actual bundled customers during that period.
